Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible. Expect an email within 48 hours of purchase to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time, we do however hope to do this one day!

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full product amount. Please note our shipping mailers design includes second adhesive strip to make returns – or a second use. Shipping costs for the return will be at the customers expense.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at scriptedclothingco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
